IS THE PLATFORM FREE TO USE?
Yes, it is completely free for everyone. No fees or recruitment agencies. The platform is brought to you from the Aviation Skills Recruitment Platform (ASRP), DfT and with support from a wide range of employers, industry bodies, professional institutions in the aviation industry.
IF I AM INTERESTED IN SOMEONE HOW DO I CONTACT THEM?
When you find an individual on the platform of interest and want to contact them, click on ‘Contact Candidate’ while viewing their profile and select how you want them to respond. For example, this could be by asking them to apply online (via a specific application), or for them to send their CV or to make contact directly. They will then receive this as an interest alert message request on their profile and by email.
IS IT EASY TO POST JOB VACANCIES AND OPPORTUNITIES?
Very. You can do this manually clicking the ‘Post Opportunities’ button or under Vacancy Management on the Menu. If you have an automated vacancy feed setup up through other providers, please let us know and we can integrate this into our system to automate your vacancies.
CAN I SAVE MY SHORTLISTED SEARCH CRITERIA FOR INDIVIDUALS?
Yes you can. You will find the Save Search button on the Search window. You can setup alerts to notify you when new individuals matching specific criteria come onto the system.
CAN I SAVE A SHORTLIST OF FAVOURITE INDIVIDUALS?
Yes you can. Click the Favourite button when you are on the search feature or on a user profile and add this to a designated list. Find access to this again through your dashboard or via the menu.
HOW DO I STAY INFORMED WITH THE LATEST NEWS AND UPDATES?
Get the latest news from the scheme by signing up to our e-newsletter. Sign up on the homepage. Spread the word and follow us on social media!
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP AGAIN IF I HAVE A LOGIN FOR THE ASRP?
No, once you are signed up to either the ASRP or Talentview Aviation you can use the same details to log in on either platform.
