IS THE PLATFORM FREE TO USE FOR EMPLOYERS?
Yes, it is completely free to use. There are currently no fees or recruitment agencies. The platform is supported by a range of stakeholders including government departments, industry bodies, professional institutions and employers.
IS IT EASY TO ADD JOB VACANCIES?
Yes, it is. You can do this manually through your dashboard, click on Post Opportunities or find it under Vacancy Management on the menu. If you have an automated vacancy feed setup through other providers, let us know and we can integrate this into our system to automate your vacancies.
HOW DO I SEARCH CVS AND CANDIDATE PROFILES?
Click Search Individuals on the top of your Dashboard and browse profiles and CVs. When you find a candidate you’re interested in contacting, click ‘Contact Candidate’ while viewing their profile. Select how you want them to respond, you will have a variety of options. They will receive an interest alert message notifying them and requesting them to respond. If do not receive a response, please contact our Support and we can follow up for you.
CAN I SETUP SEARCH ALERTS FOR CANDIDATES?
Yes, its easy. You will find the Save Search button on the Search page. Fill in the search fields you want then click on Save Search and setup alerts to notify you when new individuals matching your selection are visible on the platform.
WHAT ABOUT APPRENTICESHIPS AND OTHER ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITIES?
Talentview is a launchpad for employers looking to attract new talent and for individuals looking for apprenticeships, graduate roles, internships, placements and many more first jobs. You can use your same login details for Talentview.

CAN I SHORTLIST FAVOURITE CANDIDATES?
Yes, its easy. You will find the favourite button whilst viewing a profile. Click on it and add it to a list to shortlist and view again from your Dashboard.
