As part of our ambitious 5-year growth plans JCB is expanding in North America, through investment in a new manufacturing site in San Antonio, Texas (which will be focused on Access and Loadall production). The site is set to open summer of 2026. 

We are seeking expressions of interest from existing JCB UK employees who are ready to reap the personal and professional development benefits that come with a structured temporary international secondment. 

Through temporary secondments across varying lengths, we are offering opportunities for professionals currently employed by JCB in the UK.
